Terms of use

StorySpark is a private preview for parents and caregivers aged 18 or older. Children must not create accounts or operate the service. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login and use only an account you are authorized to use. An age declaration is not identity verification.

Before generating a story or picture, you must explicitly accept these Terms (version 2026-09-24.1). We record your account identifier, the version and the acceptance time. Reading these legal pages and requesting privacy assistance do not require acceptance.

Use fictional character names. Do not enter a child’s real identifying details, school, address, contact details, private health information, photographs or other sensitive information. Only provide material you are permitted to use and send to the service providers described in our Privacy policy.

Do not request sexual or exploitative material involving children, graphic violence, hateful or discriminatory content, instructions for dangerous activities, harassment, grooming, privacy invasion, unlawful content or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt to bypass safeguards, access another user’s account or disrupt the service.

Google’s AI services generate stories and illustrations using Google’s built-in protections. StorySpark does not run a separate AI content review; outputs may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to someone else’s content. Read each story and review every picture before sharing it with a child. Generated content is fiction, not medical, legal or other professional advice.

We do not promise that content is always safe, accurate, original or available, or that generation will succeed. Report concerning content through the contact options below.

You retain whatever rights you have in your inputs. You permit Bizzupps and its service providers to process them to generate, store and display your stories, operate and secure the service, and meet legal obligations as described in the Privacy policy. This does not transfer ownership of your inputs to Bizzupps.

AI output may not qualify for copyright protection and may not be exclusive. We do not guarantee ownership or commercial-use clearance. You are responsible for checking third-party rights before publishing or distributing a story. These Terms do not grant rights in our branding or third-party material.

The current app has no checkout, paid subscription or customer billing. Model cost estimates describe estimated provider usage, not a charge or price offer to you. If you operate your own copy with your API key, your provider’s charges and terms apply.

This is an experimental preview service. Features, quotas and availability may change, and stored data may be lost. Save a separate copy of stories you want to keep. Paid plans would require separate pricing, billing, cancellation and refund disclosures before purchase.

You may stop using StorySpark at any time and request account or data deletion. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations. We will explain restrictions where practicable and permitted by law.

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable US or Israeli law. We do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights in these preview Terms.

We will date revised Terms and request renewed acceptance when the recorded Terms version changes. New versions apply prospectively; they do not silently authorize a new use of previously collected data. The applicable Privacy policy describes data practices separately.
