Accessibility
We want parents and caregivers to be able to use StorySpark with different devices and ways of navigating.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Features included
The interface uses responsive layouts, labeled form controls, keyboard focus indicators, semantic headings, a navigation skip link when the site header is shown, text error messages and generated alternative text for illustrations. Legal pages are available without passing the age check or signing in.
Current status and limitations
This is a development statement, not a certification of compliance. A full accessibility audit has not been completed. Generated image descriptions can be inaccurate, and external Google and Supabase screens are outside our control. Keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast and mobile testing across the full experience remain launch requirements.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA and will assess applicable Israeli Standard 5568 and accessibility regulations, including any applicable exemptions and coordinator requirements, before public launch. The current interface and policies are in English; Hebrew localization and right-to-left usability remain to be reviewed for the Israeli launch.
Report a barrier or request an alternative
Tell us which page or action failed, the assistive technology or browser you used, and what alternative format or assistance would help. Avoid sharing private information. The signed-in request form includes an accessibility category; an accessible public contact channel is still required before launch.
Operator: Bizzupps. The legal entity details and business mailing address are not yet finalized.
A public contact email has not been configured. This must be completed before public launch.
Signed-in preview users can submit and track a privacy or accessibility request. Requests are saved for manual review in private cloud storage; they are not emailed or automatically fulfilled. If you cannot sign in, the preview does not yet provide an alternative contact channel.
